I find shadows and reflections fascinating things, these images were all shot within a few hundred yards of home this morning – good to have such subject matter on the doorstep.

I was struck by the symmetry (well sort of) here with the shapes of the yacht and the hole in which it is reflected almost perfectly mirroring each other.

BB is off on his travels again. Bondwoman is taking some time out to write, and BB wants to get to know his camera just a wee bit better, so we headed off to Portsoy for a couple of weeks. No distractions, beautiful surroundings (more than can, at present, be said about the weather) and plenty of subject matter for BB to play with.
